Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship within New Zealand only. Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Rural addresses may take additional time beyond these estimates.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. DFM Beanies is not responsible for delays outside of our control once an order has been dispatched.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via NZ Post and CourierPost. The carrier used will depend on your location and order size.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders of 2 or more items.
- Single item orders incur a flat shipping fee at checkout.
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is made.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping. We are a New Zealand-based business shipping within NZ only.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your email] and we will assist you in lodging a claim with the courier on your behalf. We ask that you report any issues within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Tracking
Where available, a tracking number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email. You can use this to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website.
