At DFM Beanies, we take pride in the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will do our best to make it right.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or defective, please contact us at [your email] within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the fault. Where a product is confirmed as faulty, we will offer a store credit in the form of a discount code to the value of the item.
DFM Beanies will cover return postage costs for confirmed faulty items.
This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Incorrect Item Received
If we have dispatched the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return postage and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you promptly.
Sizing
We provide a detailed sizing guide to help you select the right fit before purchasing. We do not accept returns or offer store credit for incorrect sizing unless the item does not match the measurements stated in our sizing guide.

Colour & Style Changes
We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for change of mind, colour preference, or size swaps. This is due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products.
Change of Mind
